Literature is more than a combination of words: it is a living expression of human feelings, experiences, ideas, memories and dreams. When writers create a work, they express themselves and enter a creative dialogue with society, their times and life.
Sahitya Sanjeevani was conceived with this belief. It is an independent digital literary platform for Hindi writers, poets, critics, readers and lovers of literature, offering expression, recognition, respect and opportunities for dialogue with readers.
Our aim is to give every serious and sensitive writer an opportunity to develop a literary identity, beyond a few established names or limited platforms.
Our vision
We envisage a literary world where emerging and experienced writers connect; works are not merely published but discussed meaningfully; and readers actively participate in the literary community.
Every original work matters, and every writer deserves a respectful opportunity for expression.
Our main features
Individual literary identities: members can publish author biographies, profile pictures and literary works. The same membership allows participation as both writer and reader.
A platform for many genres: poetry, songs, ghazals, couplets, short verses, stories, short stories, memoirs, essays, reviews, travel writing and other prose and verse.
Reader–writer dialogue: readers can read, respond, follow favourite writers and participate through the available community features.
Literary news and articles: activities, writers, books, honours, literary discussion and contemporary subjects. We encourage factual, source-based and responsible content.
Literary competitions: events in different genres and themes encourage new and established writers. Each competition page provides its rules, deadlines and selection conditions.
E-book creation and publishing: writers can organise their material as an e-book, create a cover, preview it and publish through the available facilities.
Voluntary appreciation and rewards: interested readers may voluntarily send money directly to a writer using the available UPI or QR details. Ordinary membership and ordinary publication do not require a compulsory payment to the organisation.
Literary videos and live events: available recitations, creative presentations and YouTube-based literary activities connect writers with readers.
Guidance and useful tools: information on genres, the syllabic-weight calculator, poster creation and other available digital facilities assist writers.
Our commitment to original literature
We respect originality, authors’ rights, proper attribution and creative freedom.
Contributors should publish original work or material they have a lawful right to use. Unauthorised publication of other people’s works, images, books, translations or other protected material is unacceptable.
Complaints concerning copyright or other rights may be reviewed, and material may be removed or restricted where necessary.
Independent and responsible expression
We support creative freedom, diversity of ideas and healthy literary disagreement. Criticism and debate are welcome; hatred, threats, harassment, support for violence, misuse of private information and other unlawful activities are not encouraged.
We seek an environment in which disagreement is expressed with dignity, sensitivity and mutual respect.
Our literary outlook
Literature is not confined to a single generation, style, region or ideology. From folk traditions to experimental modern writing, meaningful expression can enrich human experience.
Alongside respect for Indian literary traditions, we encourage curiosity about contemporary and world literature and meaningful dialogue.
Our relationship with writers and readers
Original rights remain with the respective writers or lawful rightsholders. Our purpose is to provide digital publication and presentation, not to take ownership of their creativity.
We are committed to respecting personal privacy, intellectual property and applicable legal requirements.
Our message
