1. General disclaimer
Sahitya Sanjeevani is an independent digital literary platform encouraging creative writing, literary expression, reading and discussion. Poems, stories, short stories, essays, reviews, memoirs, blogs, literary opinions and other works may represent their authors’ personal views and creativity, rather than the official views of the administration, editorial board or other members.
2. Originality of works
Members are responsible for confirming the originality of their submissions and their lawful right to publish. The website does not guarantee a complete independent verification of every work’s originality or copyright status.
Complaints about works, images, book extracts, translations or other material may be reviewed and acted upon. This disclaimer does not remove the administration’s responsibilities under applicable law or Google content policies.
3. Literary opinions and creative freedom
Works may contain symbolism, imagination, satire, metaphor, fictional characters, historical references or personal interpretation. Creative literature and factual news should not be treated as the same type of content.

5. Author profiles and historical figures
Profiles, photographs, biographies and articles on living or deceased writers may be published. Where no official profile exists, material may be an independent editorial article or literary introduction.
It does not establish official approval by the writer, their family, publisher or institution. Copyright and other rights must also be respected when using deceased writers’ works and pictures.
6. Readers’ comments and reactions
Comments, reactions, likes and other interactions are users’ activities, not a universal or final measure of literary quality. A comment about a book, author or work does not necessarily imply administrative approval or endorsement.
Offensive or rule-breaking comments may be removed or restricted.
7. Competitions
Competitions encourage participation and writing. The relevant event page determines its rules, selection method, deadline and prizes. Entry does not guarantee an award, selection, publication or other benefit.
Decisions use the stated criteria and available evidence. An honour or participation certificate is not a government, academic or professional qualification.
8. E-books
Rights in text, images, translations, covers and other e-book material may remain with the authors or lawful rightsholders. Providing an e-book tool does not independently guarantee copyright ownership.
Purchasers obtain only the rights described by the stated licence and usage terms. Opinions belong to the author, not necessarily to the platform.

Embedded videos and live streams may belong to their original publishers or rightsholders. Display on this website does not establish that all ownership or copyright belongs to Sahitya Sanjeevani.
External technical problems, removal of videos or the end of a broadcast may affect availability.
